Registration

Award Ceremony Lunch – $20.00
This is an option for friends and family of ISSWA award recipients who only plan to attend the award ceremony with lunch. Lunch will be a fajita bar.
Conference Registration – $200.00
Non-ISSWA members are welcome to attend our conferences! A fajita bar will be the lunch included with the conference fee.
Graduate Student Conference Registration – $40.00
Students are welcome at our ISSWA conferences and can attend for a reduced fee. A fajita bar will be the lunch included with the conference fee.
ISSWA Members Registration - Conference Fee Only – $125.00
Current ISSWA members can register for a reduced conference rate! A fajita bar will be the lunch included with the conference fee.
ISSWA Members Registration: Membership + Conference Fee – $170.00
This includes one year of membership and the reduced conference registration fee for members. Lunch will be a fajita bar, which is included with the conference fee.
Retired Member Registration – $40.00
Retired ISSWA Members can attend the conference for a reduced fee. A fajita bar will be the lunch included with the conference fee.

The 2025 Annual ISSWA Conference is on Friday, November 14th, 2025, from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Check-in at 8:00 AM).

Join us for a powerful day of professional development focused on 'Shining a Light on Hidden Dangers: Addressing Cyberbullying and Human Trafficking in the School Setting.' This year’s conference features two dynamic learning sessions designed to equip school social workers with practical tools to address urgent threats facing students today. In the morning session, Trooper Rodney Larson will lead an in-depth discussion on cyberbullying and online safety, incorporating scenarios to apply and reinforce key lessons. In the afternoon session, Ruth Eley, LMSW will present on ‘Human Trafficking: It is Here & Thriving in Iowa,’ covering its prevalence among youth, identifying risk factors and warning signs, and providing effective strategies to create safety for youth and our communities.

The lunch option will be a fajita bar that includes: Seasoned Steak Strips or Seasoned Chicken, Sautéed Onions & Peppers, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, Shredded Cheese, Sour Cream, Taco Sauce, and Flour Tortillas.
